Depending on what state you are in there are a few things you can do but i would first contact Consumer Credit Counseling Services and ask if they know of any non-profit groups in your state that help specifically with payday loans. In Ohio you have the right to request a payment plan but you will need to read the fine print on the back of the agreement you signed with the agency. I know it’s scary but keep your head up I was there and I managed to get out of the situation with the help of Consumer Credit Counseling services.

yes hock everything you own — starting with the computer and pay these off!!! eat nothing but peanut butter and jelly — and do with out a/c — once out of debt you will realize what it took to get out of debt and you will think twice before over spending in the future!!!

Get a second job. Evening and weekends. Sell some of your stuff, cut expenses like cable and internet. Get that debt under control quickly.
