The Perkins has the lowest at 5% but not every one qualifies for it. The next lowest is the Subsidized Stafford loan at about 6.8%. The third best loan to get is the Unsub Stafford loan, the interest rate is the same as the sub Stafford but the government isn’t paying the interest for you while you are in school.
