try a private student loan company such as Chase or Citibank. you may be able to get a student loan & not pay back until you graduate.

Yes, it should exist. The second loan is completely separate from the first one. You have to make the same commitments and sign off on it the same way.
Contact the lender, and ask for a copy of it.
