I have ok to bad credit – I keep getting offers for those credit cards that have 0-500 limits but they have ridiculous fees. I usually throw them away as I feel they rip you off.
I just got an offer for a visa with a 0 limit but it has a 0 signup fee and monthly fee. My question is; would it be wise to get one of these cards to help build my credit? The fees are no problem for me to pay as I have a nice income now – I just feel it is a ripoff but I am willing to do this if it would help build my credit back up. I can also pay off the monthly balance or not have a balance at all as I pay for everything with a debit card now.
What do you think? I am trying to rebuild credit so I can buy a house.
My husband has really bad credit so when he bought his vehicle his intrest rate was 18%, and still is, we were looking into refinancing but were told we wouldnt be able to since its a 2000 model and it has to be above a 2002. Any advice on this?

He’s never been late on payments and his bad credit was due to identity theft. What we really want to know is does it matter if the vehicle is a 2000 or are there any refinancing options at all?
Even with bad credit… and about how much would it save me a month?
