Bank accounts, rent, cell phones, and other utilities are not extensions of credit and are not reported to the credit bureaus unless you default and the debt is turned to a collection agency. The collection agency would report the defaulted debt to the credit bureaus.

Go talk to an officer at your local bank. There are many tens of millions of each, but I don’t have exact data.
