I bought used certified car from Dch honda. That is Honda civic 08. The problem is i didn’t put any down payment on that and that vehicle is on my mom name and i am co-signer,because she had good credit history and i didn’t have any history. And they give us %11 APR. My 14,000 going to cost me more than 24000 dollars. now i recently get credit card and i am trying to make my credit history good. But still my history is not that much good.So my apr is very high is their any way to reduce it what is the best company to refinance it. I already applied to refinance it from my Bank but they denied it reason was (collateral damage) I don’t know what it means :(
I didn’t have history but my mom had good credit history the only problem was we didn’t put any down payment that was a problem

- I have no credit history at all.
- Will have a co-signer (good credit) for loan.
- After 6 months, when credit is built, I plan to refinance and take the loan completely under my name.

I know the interest rate will be higher if I do this, but at least I give my co-signer some peace of mind. I just need to get my foot in the door.

Will I be able to do this? Why or why not?
What does "upside down" on the loan mean?

We need another vehicle for our business. How do I get the vehicle under the compnay(llc)? does it show up on my credit? Going for our 6 month in business. Also If I get a co-signer with a better credit score than me, would it show up on their credit if we get it under the LLC?

I have bad credit, but need a student loan. Stafford loans only offer 0 because I am on scholarship, but I still need money for books and rent. I have a co-signer with good credit available. Are there any loans that will just look at their information instead of my own?
And where would I find these?

hello, i have a question here. if two people are listed on the loan and the title of the auto loan, can one refinance the car or take the car w/o the other persons approval if two people are legally the owners? what if one is the co-signer?
this is what happened. we switched the names around on the loan so that i could get a better rate, therefore making me the co-signer. i will be making the payments on the car. he keeps telling me that he can take the car and refi or keep the car because he can make the payments on it. but both of our names are on the title and the loan but me as the co-signer on the loan. now hes threatening to refinance the loan and take the car back from me and i wanted to know if this was legal. where can i get some free legal advice incase he tries to get the car?
i guess i should add that nothing is past due. i make all the payments. the insurance is in my name which i dont think carries any weight. i think he’s just dangling it over my head that he could take it anytime for any reason
