does anyone know the statue of limitations on payday loans?
i have a payday loan that is 10 years old and a guy got in contact with me today asking me to pay on it. i am now disabled and have no job, so i can’t afford to pay a monthly payment to pay this back. so does any happen to know the statue of limitations?

Can anyone suggest a place to get a loan that isn’t a payday loan? I don’t care about the interest.

Has anyone out there done business with Payday Today Loans?
I made the mistake of getting a payday loan from Payday Today, and now they want me to call them, I have and they never return calls, e-mails or faxes. I can’t even get a mailing address for them. Does anyone out there know? I tried contact their "affiliated company" MTE Financial, and they say they know nothing about Payday Today. I think they are in Miami, Florida, but I can’t be sure. Any help would be appreciated.

How many payday loans can I have out. Does it matter state by state? Refrences?
I went into a payday loan store and I already have 2 loans out. I told him I had none. He said that he is on some state system and that I am only allowed to have 2 loans out? how come so may other people on yahoo answers are talking about having 5 and 10 loans out at a time. How do I do that. I need money for a business loan.

what should i do about my payday loans?
I have about 5 payday loans, and now I cant afford to pay them. I was thinking about closing my checking act, and then making paymnt arrngment with all the payday loan places. What do you think? Do you think its a good idea. I keep paying them and having no money for my bills. HELP!!!!

Are there any payday loans that allow you to borrow an amount based on income rather than being a 1st timer?
I would like to get a payday loan (i know you all have warned but I HAVE to do this) but it seems that none of them let you get more than 500 if you are a first timer. Are there any that don’t do that?
