i have a payday loan that is 10 years old and a guy got in contact with me today asking me to pay on it. i am now disabled and have no job, so i can’t afford to pay a monthly payment to pay this back. so does any happen to know the statue of limitations?

I made the mistake of getting a payday loan from Payday Today, and now they want me to call them, I have and they never return calls, e-mails or faxes. I can’t even get a mailing address for them. Does anyone out there know? I tried contact their "affiliated company" MTE Financial, and they say they know nothing about Payday Today. I think they are in Miami, Florida, but I can’t be sure. Any help would be appreciated.
