does anyone know the statue of limitations on payday loans?

i have a payday loan that is 10 years old and a guy got in contact with me today asking me to pay on it. i am now disabled and have no job, so i can’t afford to pay a monthly payment to pay this back. so does any happen to know the statue of limitations?

Can you get payday loans from two different places at the same time?

If you got a payday loan from one place… could you just go to another place and get another one??? or does it come up on a credit check or something???

Has anyone out there done business with Payday Today Loans?

I made the mistake of getting a payday loan from Payday Today, and now they want me to call them, I have and they never return calls, e-mails or faxes. I can’t even get a mailing address for them. Does anyone out there know? I tried contact their "affiliated company" MTE Financial, and they say they know nothing about Payday Today. I think they are in Miami, Florida, but I can’t be sure. Any help would be appreciated.

please someone tell me a way to get out of the payday loan crunch when payday loans eat up a big part of my?

I have been in the payday loan crunch for several years now and trying to get out of the trap,need tip on what kind of a loan i can get to totally get rid of this payday disease,it seems to consume my check and then some,I already work full time and considering getting a 2nd job to stop this trap that won’t let me go..PLEASE Help .Thank You

How many payday loans can I have out. Does it matter state by state? Refrences?

I went into a payday loan store and I already have 2 loans out. I told him I had none. He said that he is on some state system and that I am only allowed to have 2 loans out? how come so may other people on yahoo answers are talking about having 5 and 10 loans out at a time. How do I do that. I need money for a business loan.

what should i do about my payday loans?

I have about 5 payday loans, and now I cant afford to pay them. I was thinking about closing my checking act, and then making paymnt arrngment with all the payday loan places. What do you think? Do you think its a good idea. I keep paying them and having no money for my bills. HELP!!!!

Are there any payday loans that allow you to borrow an amount based on income rather than being a 1st timer?

I would like to get a payday loan (i know you all have warned but I HAVE to do this) but it seems that none of them let you get more than 500 if you are a first timer. Are there any that don’t do that?
