Overall financial planning is the whole plan you have for everything related to your finances – how much you will save, how you will spread it among various types of accounts (e.g. IRA, savings, 401k), what you will invest it in (e.g. stock, bonds, gold, art, paying off the mortgage or not), what you will insure against loss, etc.
Financial services are the services provided to enable you to do that (e.g. an insurance company provides financial services for the insurance part of your financial plan, a stock broker provides services for the stock portion of your investments).
So basically you use financial services to implement your overall financial plan.

At the beginning of elem entry where your education begins. When you start high school try to find a part time Job & save your money.
