In order to do that you input the customer’s social security #. So i was pressing the numbers on the phone pad and in the 6th digit i pressed the wrong number, i got frustrated and randomly pressed the remaining 3 numbers. And it so just happend that random social security i typed also had a auto loan at Cap 1. What are the chances of guessing a social security number with an auto loan at a specific bank? Do i have a better chance at the lottery?? lol

Granted, they can take legal action w/o this info,but can it appear on my credit reports as usually,they need name, social,dob,address and phone.
