yes you can consolidate your debt you need to call your target cc and ask them to do a balance tranfer, just make sure you have your other credit card info handy they will sent payment to your other credit cards usually there is a fee of about 3%

See if your co-signer can get the loan for you. Then you would be responsible for seeing the loan was paid to the co-signer. After your first year in college you should have little trouble getting financing for your education if you are in good standing with the school. You would also be able to look into scholarships, etc. depending on your GPA.
